Issue Four: Duality
Two sides to the same coin. Good versus evil. Yin and yang. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
These are some of the few items and ideas that represent duality. Defined by Merriam-Webster, duality is the quality or state of having two different or opposite parts or elements.
When asked to connect duality to humanity, what comes to your mind? It might have people comparing the act they put on for the world against their real selves. Some might be wondering what triggers one side to dominate in certain scenarios. Maybe others believe that duality is secretly unity in disguise. One could think about the concept of opposites attracting or dichotomies in plain sights, like winter and summer. Concepts revolving around philosophy, spirituality, hypocrisy, and consciousness are also some things that could have a connection with duality.
For Issue 4: Duality, we invite you all to share your unique interpretations of the theme.
